wedding flowers derby

Claire and Adam

Really excited to see the wedding photographs today of a beautiful wedding at the West Mills wedding venue in Derbyshire, that we were privileged to be a part of back in May.

The Bride and Groom chose us as their wedding florist for their Derbyshire wedding, and we are so pleased that they did! Gorgeous blush pink Roses, dreamy Peonies and stocks featured heavily throughout the day, along with lots of trendy Pantone2017 inspired foliage.

We also loved creating their ceremony backdrop, for their industrial styled wedding, which was a perfect frame for the ceremony. The West Mills staff are absolutely brilliant, as they then moved it to the reception as a top table backdrop.

Here are some of the images kindly supplied by Gareth Newstead.

Wedding flowers at Osmaston Park

mattbrownphotography_SarahTom-6.jpg

We were delighted to provide the wedding flowers at Osmaston Park marquee reception, near Ashbourne, Derbyshire for the summer wedding of Sarah and Tom.

When we first met with Sarah and Tom, to discuss her Wedding flowers at Osmaston Park, we fell in love with her ideas straight away, Sarah was very interested in flowers and had a lot of knowledge which was fantastic, as she knew exactly what she wanted to create. Sarah wanted her bouquet to look as though it had just been picked from the garden, and we think it suited her wedding dress, Grooms suit and wedding perfectly.

We discussed the use of greens, creams and hints of smoky purple  flowers. The flowers used included Thlaspi, “clea june” lilac Veronicas, white scented stocks, pale pink/white/pink Astrantia, poppy heads, alchemillia, cow parsley (ammi), rosemary, white love in mist (nigella), white and lilac scabious, cinerea eucalyptus, and herbs finished with twine and brides lace from her wedding dress.

At the venue, we filled the brides various designed jugs with flowers to compliment the bridal flowers, we loved the use of branches to hold the tables numbers!

We also filled milk churns for the entrance to the marquee, which works very well for this lovely, rural setting.

Thank you to Matt at Matt Brown Photography, who's images we absolutely love here at Tineke!

Wedding flowers at Tissington Church

We were delighted to provide the wedding flowers at Tissington Church.

When we first met with Vicki, we clicked straight away and Vicki shared the same excitement as us for wedding flowers! Vicki had fabulous ideas, and from the start, knew she wanted vibrancy and colour within her wedding flowers, we knew it was going to be a very beautiful wedding.

We discussed the use of bright and vibrant flowers, particularly to compliment Vicki's gorgeous pink hair! The flowers used included coral "Miss Piggy" Roses, pink Hydrangeas, bright blue Delphiniums to compliment the bridesmaid dresses, yellow craspedia, amazing pink Gloriosa Lilies, green Dianthus with minimal ivory and pink Astilbe to soften.

We were thrilled when Vicki decided to decorate the archway at Bentley Brook with the same vibrant flowers as used to decorate the rest of the venue. We also filled huge milk churns for Tissington Church, which were then moved over to Bentley Brook after the ceremony.

Milk churns were also filled with the same flowers to decorate the tables at the venue, as well as the Grooms bikers helmet and boots!

Vicki's fabulous Jimmy Choo shoes really added to the gorgeous colour, picture below!

Thank you to Becki at Red Square photography for the fabulous images.
