Flower School at Haarlem Mill

Here at Tineke Floral Designs based in Sutton-in- Ashfield, we were beyond excited to host one of our flower school’s at Haarlem Mill in Wirksworth, Derbyshire.

Set in the gorgeous Derbyshire Dales, we took Tineke Flower School on tour!

Our wreath making class was just in time for spring, with tulips and spring bulbs sprouting from the ground, its a perfect time to match your front door with that spring feel in the air.

All 28 attendees gathered the morning of the 4th March at Haarlem Mill. Old faces, from previous brides and loyal customers to new faces, it was so lovely to gather a group together for a special course in this location in Derbyshire.

Each person was given a bright bunch of flowers and foliage’s along with all the materials and sundries they required to make their very own spring wreath. It was commented by numerous of our attendees how generous the bunch sizes were. We do this so they can get creative and style their wreath how they choose but also getting value for money.

With tuition and guided expertise’s throughout the couple of hours, everyone was so pleased with the outcome of their wreath and couldn’t wait to get it home to place on their door. Guaranteed to make the neighbours jealous.

Whilst we tidied up everyone was ushered through to the bar to enjoy a glass of bubbly. This was then followed by a freshly prepared afternoon tea provided by Haarlem Mill. Even Kerry and Ellie tested out the baked scones by the chef!
