We hand deliver our local orders and further afield we send via DPD tracked next day delivery.

Damaged deliveries

On occasion, despite taking the best possible care of your flowers, they can sometimes be damaged in transit. If this happens, please take a time-stamped photo of the damage and email it to kerry@tinekefloraldesigns.co.uk. We’ll then contact you to discuss a refund or replacement. Rest assured that damaged deliveries are a very rare occurrence!
